Remmi Smith – What Can You Learn At Thrive15.com? | Thrive15.com
Remmi’s First Culinary Lesson
Remmi heads to Kansas City to make several public appearances. Along the way, she has first culinary experience at Trezo Mare Restaurant, at the Briarcliff Village. Head Chef Sean Price teaches her who to fix their famous Fish Tacos, Red Chile Fried Rice, and a beautiful Mozzarella & Tomato Salad.
Global Gardens Field Trip
Remmi visits Eugene Field Elementary School in Tulsa, OK to check out their Global Gardens Program. The students from the program teach Remmi what they have been growing and Remmi teaches them how to make her tasty Black Bean Salsa.
Remmi shows us how to make one of her all-time favorite dishes: Porcupine Balls. Not only are they cute to look at, they are a crowd-pleaser, not only for kids, but for adults too. Add a healthy dose of Superfoods to your meal with the Beans and Greens as your side dish and a refreshing Fruit Salad for your dessert.
Meatloaf: It’s What’s for Dinner
Remmi shows us how to make a delicious Meatloaf dish, accompanied with Baked Potatoes and a gorgeous Summer Salad with Hearts of Palm. Guest, Eileen Bryce, stops by to tell us how she started cooking. Check out her cookbook, “Good Lookin’ and Cookin’” now! Don’t forget to check out the bloopers!
