Jennifer Ho

I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston- Main Campus, where I majored in Psychology and minored in English. I then received my Master of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Houston- Clear Lake. I am also a licensed Pilates instructor.

I was born in Houston, but have lived overseas for most of my life. Writing has always been an integral part of my life, especially when it comes to writing short stories and poems. In 2000, one of my short stories was published in a Hong Kong journal, Yuan Yang.

As the Vice President of Cook Time with Remmi^TM and of the show, The Culinary Kid. I am mostly in charge of all the content on the website, and a few other things, here and there. Due to this, I am able to continue my love of writing, by sharing what I know, along with several other voices, to anyone who comes to the website. I have also been fortunate enough to even direct a few Cook Time with Remmi^TMshows.

I am recently married and currently living in Kansas City, MO with my husband, my Golden Retriever and Min Chin. Both our families share a love of eating, thus the joy of cooking is a constant in our houses. We feel that, although it is nice to go out to eat once in a while, it is much healthier, and not to mention, more intimate to cook and eat at home. What more fun could you have than spending time with your loved ones by learning to cook something new, making it your own, and enjoying it together?
